ORDER 
 
 
 
THIS MATTER having come before the Court upon the Motion to 
Withdraw as Counsel for Defendant (ECF No. 74) and the Amended 
Motion to Withdraw as Counsel for Defendant (ECF No. 75); and the 
Court having read the submissions and heard the arguments of 
counsel during a hearing held on May 29, 2025; and the Court noting 
the appearances of counsel:  Assistant U.S. Attorney Jason 
Richardson, appearing on behalf of the United States of America; 
and Philip Reizenstein, Esquire, appearing on behalf of the 
defendant, and for the reasons set forth on the record,  
 
IT IS this 4th day of JUNE, 2025, hereby ORDERED: 
1. 
In light of counsel for defendant’s representation on 
the record that the Motion for Withdraw as Counsel for 
Defendant (ECF No. 74) is withdrawn, the Motion is DENIED 
as withdrawn; and  
2. 
The Amended Motion for Withdraw as Counsel for Defendant 
(ECF No. 75] is GRANTED but shall take effect on the

earlier of July 22, 2025 (in order to facilitate the 
transmission of any filings to the defendant), or upon 
entry of appearance by defendant’s substitute counsel; 
and 
3. 
On or before July 22, 2025, substitute counsel for 
defendant shall enter an appearance in this case; and 
4. 
A hearing to set a trial date is scheduled for July 22, 
2025 at 2:00 p.m. in Courtroom 4A.
