Dear Judge Williams,  
 
 
I represent Eric Rivera in the above-styled case. The Court has set March 12, 
2025 as the date for oral argument on pretrial motions. [ECF No. 46]. The motions 
being heard at the hearing do not pertain to my client Mr. Rivera.  
I respectfully request for myself and my client to appear telephonically at the 
hearing. Mr. Rivera has a child care issue with a four-year-old whom no one besides 
Mr. Rivera is able to provide care for next week. Both Mr. Rivera and I are in South 
Florida.  
I corresponded with AUSA Daniel Friedman regarding this matter and he has
