Pursuant to Local Rule 83.9 of this Honorable Court, Johnny E.C. Vines, counsel of 
record for Gladys Harun in the above-styled case, files his Motion for Leave of Absence, 
showing this Court as follows: 
Counsel has scheduled for the period of time covering December 21, 2023 through 
January 3, 2024 for family vacation. 
Counsel desires leave of absence and protection in this case on the foregoing dates, and
