1 UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF GEORGIA DUBLIN DIVISION UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ] ] v. ] ] CASE NO. 3:23-CR-3 GLADYS WANJIKU HARUN ] ] Gladys W. Harbun, by and through her counsel, filed the Second Motion to Extend Time for Defendant to Submit Written Objections to Presentence Investigation Report (PSR). As Defendant’s counsel has shown good cause to support the granting of the motion and as counsel’s motion is not interposed for delay, the motion is granted. Therefore, Harbun shall have through and until October 20, 2023, within which to file all objections to the PSR.
