Court GRANTS Defendant’s Motion to Appoint Counsel, (doc. no. 18), and APPOINTS 
Johnny E. Vines, 404 Durden Street, Suite B, Vidalia, Georgia 30474 to serve as CJA 
counsel.  The Court DIRECTS the Clerk to serve this Order on Mr. Vines and Defendant.  
The Court INSTRUCTS the CLERK to issue a Notice to CJA Counsel, Mr. Vines.
