charged offenses. Id.
2. Thus, the United States respectfully requests that this Court enter a Preliminary Order
of Forfeiture, forfeiting to the United States (A) through (D), described above, pursuant to 18
U.S.C. § 2253. The United States will follow the provisions of Fed. R. Crim. P. 32.2(b)(6)
regarding publication and notification to any potential third-party claimants.
The Court should order the Department of Homeland Security, Homeland Security
Investigations, or any appropriate federal law enforcement agency, to seize and maintain custody
of the forfeited property until further order of the Court.
