ORDER APPOINTING OFFICE OF THE FEDERAL PUBLIC DEFENDER 
 
 
This Court has considered, without hearing, Defendant’s pro se motion, ECF 
No. 84. Defendant challenges her sentence under the 2023 Amendments to the 
United States Sentencing Guidelines—namely, Amendment 821. This Order 
appoints the Federal Public Defender’s Office to assist Defendant in determining 
whether she is entitled to any relief under the 2023 Amendments to the Sentencing 
Guidelines. Defense counsel shall file a memorandum addressing this issue on or 
before Wednesday, January 17, 2024. On or before ten days after defense counsel 
files its memorandum, the Government shall file an expedited response.
