ORDER GRANTING EXTENSION
This Court has considered, without hearing, American Commerce Bank,
N.A.’s unopposed motion by third party for extension of time to file petition
adjudicating interest in property subject to this Court’s preliminary order of
forfeiture. ECF No. 55. American Commerce Bank N.A. asks that the deadline to
file its petition be extended to February 17, 2023. Id. at 2. The motion is
GRANTED. American Commerce Bank N.A. may file its petition on or before
February 17, 2023.
SO ORDERED on February 3, 2023.
