First, | would like to say I’m sorry for my actions. | am
aware that what | did was wrong and it will never
happen again.

| would like you to know that | am more than one mistake. | am a wife, mother, daughter,
friend, business owner, and a woman who loves to serve. | founded Yep She Kan Network, Inc.
in 2014 to assist those individuals that are underprivileged and underserved because growing
up there was a lack of resources that were accessible to help us achieve greater in life. | use my
platform for females to be seen, heard, educated, protected and celebrated. For many

years we have blessed hundreds of families with gifts for Christmas. | host a free monthly
Networking event for business owners, entrepreneurs and individuals that allow them to learn
from professionals and experts about the resources available to help to grow their businesses.

| take pride in using my gifts to bless others. | am the caretaker for several family members. |
have a lot of people depending on me. My desire and commitment to help my family
and community obscured my judgement.

Throughout this storm, I’ve asked God forgiveness and I’ve prayed for Him to extend grace and
mercy upon us and to protect my family. I’ve learned my lesson.

| deeply regret my actions and the impact they have had on others. | am truly sorry. | take full
responsibility for my actions and the consequences they have brought. | want to express my
deepest apologies to those affected." | ask that you give me another chance to achieve greater.
