Hi Brian,
 
We would like to provide Dr. Darby with a copy of all medical records pursuant to the Court’s Order
at Doc. 226.  BOP has indicated, however, that they are unable to locate the records from July 2022
through August 2022 from Advent Health New Smyrna Beach Hospital.  Would you please send us a
copy of those records to pass along to Dr. Darby? It appears that a waiver was provided to the
hospital to release those records, but I don’t believe I had ever received a copy.
