     GOVERNMENT’S NOTICE THAT DEFENDANT’S EVALUATION IS
   COMPLETE AND THAT SURRENDER TO FMC DEVENS IS SCHEDULED
                       FOR MAY 24, 2024

        The United States of America by Roger B. Handberg, United States Attorney

  for the Middle District of Florida, by and through the undersigned AUSA, in

  accordance with this Court’s Order (Doc. 190), hereby provides the following notice:

        1.     On May 21, 2024, the Defendant, Evan Edwards, was admitted to

  Orlando Regional Medical Center (“ORMC”) for evaluation.

        2.     On May 23, 2024, the Defendant’s medical evaluation was completed,

  and the medical information was forwarded by ORMC to USMS and JPATS.

        3.    On May 23, 2024, JPATS medically cleared the Defendant for transport

  by commercial flight to FMC Devens, and arrangements were made for the

  Defendant’s transportation to occur on May 24, 2024.

        4.    On May 24, 2024, the Defendant is scheduled to be transported and

  surrender to FMC Devens. BOP has confirmed that they are prepared to receive the

  Defendant on May 24, 2024.
