ELECTRONIC FILING AND FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE 
 
THIS CAUSE is before the Court upon Defendant’s Motion for Order Exempting Trial 
Exhibits from Electronic Filing and for Extension of Time to File (“Motion”), ECF [195]. The 
Court has considered the Motion, the record in the case, and is fully advised. It is 
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that: 
1. 
The Motion, ECF [195], is GRANTED. 
 
2. 
Defendant may submit his trial exhibits to the Clerk of the Court on a thumb 
 
drive. 
 
3. 
Defendant shall have until January 23, 2024 to file his exhibits with the Clerk 
of the Court.
