THIS CAUSE coming before the Court upon Defendant’s Motion for Order Exempting 
Trial Exhibits from Electronic Filing and for Extension of Time to File (the “Motion”), and the 
Court having reviewed the Motion and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, hereby 
ORDERS AND ADJUDGES that: 
1. 
The Motion is GRANTED. 
2.  
Defendant may submit his trial exhibits to the Clerk of the Court on a thumb 
drive. 
3. 
Defendant shall have until January 23, 2024 to file his exhibits with the Clerk of 
the Court.
