I am wriƟng on behalf of Desmond Williams. Mr. Williams and I have 
been friends for years. In this Ɵme, he has shown to be a responsible 
man and a reliable member of the community. 
In general, Mr. Williams has worked for me at Tru Vibes Clothing Store 
for a year now. In my interacƟons with him, I’ve found him to be a 
reliable employee. When he began I had him only working on the 
register greeƟng customers and promoƟng but I found him capable of 
doing more so he started prinƟng T-Shirts aŌer a couple of days of him 
doing online training he was conducƟng orders. 
In addiƟon to our friendship, he has a strong sense of duty, which he 
applies to his job, family and community. He possesses a great deal of 
integrity and exceeds to make sure he is always doing the right thing. 
I can confirm that in all the Ɵme I have known him he has been a 
reliable, trustworthy and respectable person.

To whom this may concern,
I have known Desmond Williams for over 10 years, he is an astounding person overall.
His love for the community has been shown throughout his presence and most importantly his
work. Desmond has been involved with helping the community rebuild for better, hands-on
action with the kids near and surrounding counties which includes back to school drives, sports
training, as well as weekend and summer activities for them.
Mr. Williams is a delightful father and friend and will lend a helping hand whenever
wherever he can. He has a therapist type of listening ear, very understanding, and gives great
advice. His kids treasure him; you couldn’t tell who loves who more. Very involved in his
children’s daily lives from his teenage son’s after school homework, football, girls, driving
lessons all the to his toddler daughter’s tot ball, dancing, and learning new things.
Overall Desmond is an amazing person who comes from a loving family that shares great
morals, raised with respect for others no matter who they are, and with good christian values.
During the course of knowing him I have learned of the remarkable person he is and will
continue to be.

Your Honor, 
Hello, my name is Jeremy Mincey.  I am a former 10 year NFL veteran, Philanthropist ,and graduate of the 
University of Florida. I am writing you to speak on the behalf of Desmond Williams. Desmond has helped 
me do charity work in communities all over the United States. He takes great pride in helping children 
make the right decisions and life choices. I understand that we all make mistakes in life as so I around his 
same age and phase. He takes heed in shortcomings and learns from mistakes of others, but I assure you 
he has the heart of gold. 
           He works very diligently at never becoming a statistic and making the best of what he is blessed 
with. I’m sure he meant absolutely no malice with the decisions he made. Sometimes a man’s ambition 
and lack of knowledge can cost him dearly. He is a Good Samaritan, and his freedom is far more of 
importance to the community than his incarceration. I pray you grant him your mercy.
