O R D E R 
 
THIS CAUSE is before the Court on Defendant’s Unopposed Motion to 
Continue Trial (Dkt. 20). Upon consideration, the Court finds that additional 
time is needed for counsel to prepare so that she may provide effective 
assistance of counsel to the defendant.  The Court further finds that the ends 
of justice served by the granting of said motion outweigh the best interest of 
the public and the defendant in a speedy trial. 18 U.S.C. § 3161(h)(7)(A).  It is 
ORDERED that the Unopposed Motion to Continue Trial (Dkt. 20) is 
GRANTED.  This matter is rescheduled for trial during the trial term 
commencing February 6, 2023, at 9:30 a.m., in Courtroom 10A, Bryan
