The United States of America, by Roger B. Handberg, United States Attorney 
for the Middle District of Florida, hereby notifies this Honorable Court, pursuant to 
Rule 1.07(c) of the Local Rules of the United States District Court, Middle District of 
Florida, of the existence of a similar case in which the Paycheck Protection Program 
fraud scheme involved factually similar evidence related to the above-captioned case, 
although there is no indication the defendants were working in concert. The 
aforementioned case is United States v. Jacob Deandre Byrd, Case No. 3:22-cr-91-BJD-
MCR, which has been assigned to United States District Judge Brian J. Davis.
