1) TERMINATING PARTY; and
2) MODIFYING PROCEDURES
FOR FILING AND DOCKETING
On November 7, 2022, Plaintiff Hwai Ting Wang filed a notice of voluntary 
dismissal with prejudice in her individual member case, Wang v. Bank of America, 
N.A., Case No. 22-cv-1600-LAB-MSB, ECF. No. 27. Wang dismissed all of her
claims with prejudice pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1), and
the member case was terminated on November 8, 2022. Accordingly, the Clerk is
directed to terminate Plaintiff Hwai Ting Wang from the lead case, In re Bank of
America California Unemployment Benefits Litigation, Case No. 21-md-2992-
LAB-MSB.
Additionally, pursuant to this Court’s June 15, 2021 Order establishing filing 
and docketing procedures for this MDL, “[a]ll filings related to the MDL that are 
generally applicable to all related cases are to be filed only in the lead case,” while 
“[f]ilings that are specific to an individual plaintiff and that are not generally

applicable to the MDL proceedings are to be filed only in the individual [member] 
case.” (Dkt. 16 at 4).  
The Court now MODIFIES the June 15, 2021 Order as follows: 
1. 
All filings seeking the dismissal of an individual member case pursuant 
to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a) are to be filed in both the lead case, Case 
No. 21-md-2992-LAB-MSB, and the individual member case. 
2. 
Court orders related to filings seeking the dismissal of an individual 
member case pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a) will be docketed 
in both the lead case and the individual member case.
