PLAINTIFFS TO FILE AMENDED 
MASTER CONSOLIDATED 
COMPLAINT [Dkt. 132] 
 
On May 25, 2023, the Court issued an Order granting in part and denying in 
part Defendant Bank of America, N.A.’s motion to dismiss Plaintiffs’ Master 
Consolidated Complaint (“MCC”). (Dkt. 126). The Court gave Plaintiffs until 
June 6, 2023 to file an Amended MCC (“AMCC”). The parties now jointly move to 
extend the time for Plaintiffs to file an AMCC. (Dkt. 132). For good cause shown, 
the Court GRANTS the joint motion. Plaintiffs may file an AMCC addressing the 
deficiencies identified in the Court’s May 25 Order by June 13, 2023.
