ORDER
This matter is before the Court on Defendant’s Notice to Withdraw Motion [Doc. 66]. The
Court previously reserved ruling on Defendant’s pro se Motion to Withdraw Plea Agreement [Doc.
41]. [See Doc. 58, at 1]. Defendant has now filed a notice through counsel indicating that he
“wishes to withdraw his Motion to Withdraw Plea.” [Doc. 66, at 1]. Accordingly, Defendant’s pro
se Motion to Withdraw Plea Agreement [Doc. 41] is DENIED. Defendant’s sentencing will
proceed as scheduled on August 21, 2023, at 3:00 p.m.
