ORDER 
 
This matter is before the Court on Defendant’s Motion to Continue All Deadlines [Doc. 
62]. On April 11, 2023, the Court appointed new counsel to represent Defendant and ordered that 
Defendant was to file a notice on or before May 10, 2023, informing the Court of whether he 
wished to proceed with his Motion to Withdraw Plea Agreement [Doc. 41]. A hearing was set for 
June 20, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. to either conduct Defendant’s sentencing hearing or a hearing on his 
Motion to Withdraw, depending on the content of Defendant’s Notice. 
Defendant’s counsel seeks a sixty-day continuance on all deadlines, stating that she needs 
additional time to familiarize herself with the case, build trust with and meet further with 
Defendant, and obtain and review documents relevant to Defendant’s decision to proceed with his 
Motion to Withdraw. [Doc. 62, at 1–2]. The Government is not opposed to Defendant’s Motion. 
[Id. at 2]. Accordingly, Defendant’s Motion to Continue [Doc. 62] is GRANTED. 
If Defendant wishes to proceed to sentencing and withdraw his Motion to Withdraw, he 
must notify the Court on or before July 10, 2023. The parties are required to attend a hearing on 
August 21, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. If Defendant elects to proceed with his Motion to Withdraw Plea 
Agreement, the Court will hear argument on the Motion at that time. However, if Defendant wishes 
to proceed to sentencing, the Court will conduct his sentencing on August 21 instead. If Defendant

proceeds to sentencing, objections to the Presentence Investigation Report must be filed on or 
before July 17, 2023.
