NOTICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE FORFEITURE 
 
 
The United States of America, by and through Francis M. Hamilton III, United States Attorney 
for the Eastern District of Tennessee, hereby gives notice that an Information (Doc. 1) was filed on 
July 15, 2022, charging forfeiture of the properties listed below, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 981(a)(1)(C) 
and 28 U.S.C. § 2461(c): 
 
 
$161,938.01 of United States currency seized from Regions Bank on or about March 
 
 
2, 2022, which represents proceeds the defendant personally derived from violations 
 
 
of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1343.1 
 
(hereinafter the “properties”) 
 
On August 8, 2022, Defendant pled guilty to the offenses charged in the Information and agreed 
to facts sufficient to support the plea and forfeiture of properties as set forth in the Plea Agreement 
(Doc. 3). 
On July 18, 2022, administrative forfeiture of the properties was completed pursuant to the 
Proclamation of Forfeiture entered by the United States Secret Service in accordance with 19 U.S.C. 
§ 1602 et. seq. and 18 U.S.C. § 981.  The Proclamation of Forfeiture is attached hereto as Exhibit A. 
 
1 The Proclamation of Forfeiture lists the specific property as follows:  $138,720.09 seized 
from Regions Bank account number 0093421974 in the name of Kingdom of God, Inc.; $17,230.82 
seized from Regions Bank account number 0273733903 in the name of C. Thomas Enterprises; 
$5,634.20 seized from Regions Bank account number 0261937894 in the names of Chad Thomas 
and Amanda Thomas; and $352.90 seized from Regions Bank account number 0273733415 in the 
names of Chad Thomas and Amanda Thomas.  The specific properties equal the $161,938.01 United 
States currency seized from Regions Bank listed in the Indictment.

Accordingly, the United States is no longer seeking criminal forfeiture of the properties and 
will not ask the Court to pronounce the forfeiture as part of Defendant’s sentence or seek a final order 
of forfeiture regarding the properties.
