ORDER  
  
During Defendant’s change of plea hearing, the Court advised parties that the United States 
Probation Office had found multiple vehicles that appeared to perhaps be owned by Defendant but 
were not disclosed when he completed his financial Affidavit. Defendant represented that he no 
longer owned the vehicles, noting that he lost them either in filing for bankruptcy or due to 
repossession. To ensure Defendant has accurately and fully disclosed his assets, the Court 
ORDERS defense counsel to file into the record a copy of Defendant’s bankruptcy schedule which 
reflects the assets which he did not reaffirm. As to any vehicles Defendant claims were 
repossessed, he shall be required to provide to his counsel records reflecting the same. All 
documents are to be filed under seal and should be filed within seven (7) days of the date of this 
Order.
