MOTION TO UNSEAL CASE 
 
 
Comes now the United States of America, by and through the United States Attorney for 
the Eastern District of Tennessee, and moves the Court to unseal the indictment and all other 
documents in the above-styled case. On July 15, 2022, the defendant filed a Plea to Information 
in public case 2:22-CR-76 and has subsequently been sentenced in that case. As there are no 
remaining defendants in the above-styled case, the United States requests the case be unsealed to 
permit the filing of a Motion to Dismiss the Indictment.
