THOMAS ) MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE REASONS IN SUPPORT OF MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL UNDER SEAL AND EX PARTE Comes now Cameron C. Kuhlman, and hereby moves the Court to allow him to file the Reasons in Support of Motion to Withdraw as Counsel ex parte and under seal. Because the disclosure of the information contained in the Reasons in Support could be detrimental to the best interests of his client, counsel requests that the Reasons in Support be filed ex parte and under seal.
