TO DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO DISMISS SUPERSEDING INDICTMENT 
 
Pursuant to Local Rule 3.01 (c), Defendant Casey David Crowther (“Crowther”) respectfully 
requests leave of this Court to file a reply to the Government’s Opposition to Defendant’s Motion to 
Dismiss Superseding Indictment not to exceed ten (10) pages and to be filed prior to the pre-trial 
conference scheduled for Monday, December 14, 2020, at 1:30 pm. Mr. Crowther wishes to briefly address 
certain representations and arguments in the government’s Opposition. The Government does not object to 
this request.
