Per the Court’s previous order, the government must either file an opposition or a motion to address any unresolved issues related to the Petitioner’s waiver of attorney-client privilege by August 29, 2025. If additional motion practice is necessary to resolve any issues with Petitioner’s waiver, the Court expects the parties to proactively file a motion, application, or stipulation that addresses all remaining dates on the calendar, including opposition and reply deadlines, as well as any hearing dates. For now, the Court will continue the hearing on the petition to October 20, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. Petitioner’s reply brief, if any, is due September 26, 2025. IT IS SO ORDERED.
