The Court has read and considered the government’s Ex Parte 
Application for Extension of Time to Respond to Motion to Vacate, Set

the government on February 28, 2025.  For good cause appearing 
therefore, the Court GRANTS the application and alters the briefing 
schedule for defendant/petitioner CARL BRADLEY JOHANSSON’s habeas
