Upon consideration of Defendant BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.’s (BANA) 
Motion to Seal Documents Filed in Opposition to Plaintiffs’ Daubert Motion to 
Exclude Certain Testimony of Victor Stango and the documents at issue, the Court 
concludes that compelling reasons exist to seal the documents. Accordingly the Court 
GRANTS BANA’s Motion to Seal the following:

2.
