Upon consideration of Plaintiffs’ Motion to Seal Documents filed in support of 
their Opposition to Defendant’s Motion to Exclude Certain Expert Opinions of Jane 
Cloninger, the Court concludes that compelling reasons exist to seal the documents. 
Accordingly, the Court GRANTS Plaintiffs’ Motion to Seal the following: 
• Portions of Plaintiffs’ Opposition to Defendant’s Daubert Motion to Exclude 
Certain Expert Opinions of Jane Cloninger; 
• Portions of the following exhibits to the Bass Declaration: A, B, D, I, M, and N; 
and 
• The following exhibits to the Bass Declaration in their entirety: C, E, F, G, H, J, 
K, and L. 
IT IS SO ORDERED.
