Upon consideration of the motion of the Parties for an expedited briefing 
schedule on Plaintiffs’ Motion to Stay [ECF No. 311], IT IS HEREBY ORDERED 
as follows:

BANA’s opposition to the Motion shall be filed on or before August 
23, 2024. 
2. 
Plaintiffs’ reply in support of the Motion shall be filed on or before 
August 30, 2024. 
3. 
The Court will hear arguments on the Motion on Monday, September 
9, 2024 at 2:30 p.m. in Courtroom 2D unless the Court decides in its discretion to 
rule without hearing oral argument.
