WHEREAS, Plaintiffs’ Motion for Class Certification is due August 29, 
2024; Defendant Bank of America, N.A.’s (“Defendant”) Opposition to Motion for 
Class Certification is due October 24, 2024; and Plaintiffs’ Reply in Support of 
Motion for Class Certification is due November 21, 2024 (ECF 302); 
WHEREAS, the parties have met and conferred and agree to jointly request 
excess pages for the class certification briefs as set forth below; 
NOW THEREFORE, the parties hereby jointly move the Court to enter the 
Proposed Order extending the page limits for the parties’ class certification briefs as 
follows:
