ORDER FOLLOWING ZOOM STATUS 
CONFERENCE 
 
Pursuant to discussions at the November 22, 2023, Zoom Status Conference [ECF 
No. 190], the Court issues the following ORDERS: 
1. Defendant Bank of America, N.A. (“Defendant”) is ORDERED to produce 
verifications of their first set of interrogatory responses by December 1, 2023. 
2. The Court SETS a Zoom Discovery Conference and Status Conference with Class 
Plaintiffs and Defendant on December 5, 2023, at 9:30 a.m. to address disputed 
discovery regarding Class Plaintiffs’ (1) damages, (2) other financial accounts, (3) 
employment history, and (4) third-party access to their accounts. 
3. No later than December 1, 2023, at 5:00 p.m., counsel for Class Plaintiffs and 
counsel for Defendant are ORDERED to lodge informal letter briefs of no more 
than three pages addressing their positions regarding the disputed discovery.  
Counsel may attach the relevant discovery requests and objections as exhibits.

The informal letter briefs are to be exchanged between counsel and submitted to 
Judge Berg via e-mail to efile_berg@casd.uscourts.gov. 
4. No later than December 1, 2023, at 5:00 p.m., the parties must send an email to 
efile_berg@casd.uscourts.gov with the name and email address for all counsel 
who plan to attend the Discovery Conference.  Judge Berg will send a Zoom 
invitation to the emails provided in advance of the conference.  
5. Immediately following the Discovery Conference, the Court will hold a Status 
Conference to discuss any additional issues.  
IT IS SO ORDERED.
