On August 17, 2023, the Court held an informal video discovery conference

regarding Defendant Bank of America, N.A.'s responses to Plaintiff Jennifer Vick's

written discovery. As discussed with counsel at the conference, the Court SETS another

Zoom Discovery Conference August 25, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. with Class Plaintiffs and 
20 
Defendant Bank of America, N.A. to address unresolved discovery issues. 
Prior to the

start of the Discovery Conference, the Court will e-mail each participant an invitation to 
22 
join a Zoom video conference. No later than August 23, 2023, at 12:00 p.m., counsel for 
23 
each party shall send an e-mail to the Court at efile_berg@casd.uscourts.gov containing 
24 
the names, email addresses, and contact telephone numbers for all attorneys who plan 
25 
to attend the Discovery Conference.

In consideration of the Motion Hearing currently set before the District Court on

Plaintiff's Motion for Reconsideration of Dismissal with Prejudice of UCL Claim (see ECF

No. 151), the Court RESETS the Zoom Case Management Conference with Interim Co-
