BANK OF AMERICA TO 
RESPOND TO FIRST AMENDED 
MASTER CONSOLIDATED 
COMPLAINT [Dkt. 142] 
 
The parties jointly move to extend the time for Defendant Bank of America, 
N.A. (“BANA”) to respond to the First Amended Master Consolidated Complaint 
(“FAMCC”). (Dkt. 142). For good cause shown, the Court GRANTS the joint 
motion. BANA shall answer or otherwise respond to the FAMCC by July 11, 2023.
