ORDER SETTING ZOOM DISCOVERY 
CONFERENCE AND CONTINUING ZOOM 
CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE 
 
On August 17, 2023, the Court held an informal video discovery conference 
regarding Defendant Bank of America, N.A.’s responses to Plaintiff Jennifer Yick’s 
written discovery.  As discussed with counsel at the conference, the Court SETS another 
Zoom Discovery Conference August 25, 2023, at 10:00 a.m.  with Class Plaintiffs and 
Defendant Bank of America, N.A. to address unresolved discovery issues.    Prior to the 
start of the Discovery Conference, the Court will e-mail each participant an invitation to 
join a Zoom video conference.  No later than August 23, 2023, at 12:00 p.m., counsel for 
each party shall send an e-mail to the Court at efile_berg@casd.uscourts.gov containing 
the names, email addresses, and contact telephone numbers for all attorneys who plan 
to attend the Discovery Conference. 
In consideration of the Motion Hearing currently set before the District Court on 
Plaintiff’s Motion for Reconsideration of Dismissal with Prejudice of UCL Claim (see ECF 
No. 151), the Court RESETS the Zoom Case Management Conference with Interim Co-

Lead Counsel, Interim Liaison Counsel, and counsel for Defendant (collectively, "the 
Parties"), previously set for 11:00 a.m. on August 28, 2023, to August 29, 2023, at 11:00 
a.m.  No later than noon on August 21, 2023, counsel for the Parties must send an e-
mail to efile_berg@casd.uscourts.gov, including the names, email addresses, and 
contact telephone numbers for all attorneys who plan to attend the CMC.
