Counsel for Plaintiffs Sophie Roz Sedaghat was formerly associated with the 
law firm of Pearson, Simon & Washaw, LLP (“PSW”), counsel for Plaintiffs 
Jonathan Smith and Alex Yuan. Because she is no longer so associated, PSW moved 
to withdraw Sedaghat as counsel on July 30, 2021. (Dkt. 61.) PSW served that motion 
on its clients, and no objection has been raised. The motion is GRANTED. Sedaghat 
is relieved of any further representation of Plaintiffs Jonathan Smith and Alex Yuan 
in this matter. Those Plaintiffs will continue to be represented by Daniel L. Warshaw 
and Bobby Pouya.  
IT IS SO ORDERED.
