On July 22, 2021, the Law Office of Daniel G. Shay filed an Ex Parte Motion 
to Appoint Swigart Law Group as Co-Interim Liaison Counsel for Individual 
Plaintiffs. (Dkt. No. 53.) That Motion is GRANTED. Swigart Law Group is 
appointed as Interim Co-Liaison Counsel for Individual Plaintiffs.
