ORDER VACATING CONDITIONAL TRANSFER ORDER 
A conditional transfer order was filed in this action (Wood) on June 7, 2021. In the absence of any 
opposition, the conditional transfer order was finalized with respect to Wood on June 15, 2021. The 
Panel has been advised that, pursuant to a notice of voluntary dismissal, Wood was dismissed in the 
Central District of California on June 15, 2021. 
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Panel’s conditional transfer order designated as “CTO-1” 
filed on June 7, 2021, is VACATED insofar as it relates to this action.
