Dear Sir, 
I, Faisal Siddiqui s/o Israr ul Haq Siddiqui writing this letter in support of my Uncle Mr. Ayaz H. Qureshi. Since 
2002, I am a Businessman of Laboratory & Medical Scientific Supplies in Pakistan. I have been honored twice by 
the US Consulate General Pakistan who granted me Multiple Entry Visa for 5 years twice. I have visited Ayaz 
Home twice , once in 2012 and 2023 respectively. I have also been in business with Ayaz for almost 2 decades, He 
is very cooperative and we never ever had any dispute in terms of money of small business whatever I do. I 
remember when I was going back to Pakistan, I have around $600 in my wallet and on airport he gave me $100 to 
keep for emergency. Ayaz is not just a relative of mine, He is more like a friend of mine. Helped me whenever I 
used to call him, or in need of hour. He dislikes even if I say Thanks for this and that. He always says “Be Good 
Have Good” God is pleased who helps others. I don’t know how he get involved in such activity, how he met bad 
people and I will just say he has been trapped.  
Ayaz Qureshi lives in Severna Park on a rented house. Before he lived in Pasadena on rent as well. He has 3 
daughters and a wife. He lives in depression all time. Ayaz has a very few friends in US as he remains busy in his 
day job. The 1st Job starts around 10 am till 7 pm. His 2nd job starts at around 10 pm till 7 am. He often takes nap 
in car when ever he gets free time but not more than 30 minutes. He drives his car to Washington & Virginia 
every day to deliver letters from different Post offices every day including Sunday. I have experienced around 
250+ miles every day he droves the car to distribute Parcels/ Letters . 
Ayaz is very helping person and takes care for all, not only family but his friends and even anyone who is in need 
of anything, like car, food, tools. He is good in charity as well. When my Father died in 1997, it was Ayaz Qureshi 
who helped us morally , financially whatever he has at that time, he teaches us very well when I was almost 18. 
Cooperated to raise us in scientific market. This is the best quality I believe Ayaz has. He is always available when 
ever me or my family needs any kind of support.  However Ayaz didn’t attend College. He was the eldest son and 
his mother (my grandmother) was very strict in terms of Safety, Security, Education, Health, and Hygiene. This is 
may be one of a reason due to strict restrictions and aggressive behavior of her Mother, Ayaz was passed by his 
low grade marks and therefore he left the school in the early ages.

However, He is a hard worker, not a smart worker. Completes his job/ task in delays but completes. Speaks slowly 
and unnecessary sometimes as the arguments are sometimes very weak to defend. He is not a liar this is very 
important. A straight person , a Yes man.  
Mentally he is not very strong. I mean he don’t have a sharp memory. We have to explain him many things again 
and again. He has to use calculator even if it is simple question. His Math is too weak, he almost forget receipts,  
forgets almost every thing and even if we text him he opens that message after next day. His upbringing and 
limited access / grip on education, calculations and general practices such as not having account books. Therefore 
he has always faced a lot of challenges in school & grasping academic subjects I would say, and therefore, he has 
to suffer today. He also avoids accounts, legal documents. His lack of understanding regarding legal agreements, 
led him to sign documents without reading them either in his favor of not , he asks others people where to sign 
the papers without knowing any consequences. Today he is facing the sentence for the same problems.  
During the difficult time of COVID-19 Ayaz Qureshi was also suffered and at that time he called me to come to US 
immediately and help him as he was too much confused. Not at that time but I came in 2023 to US after 
recovering from Covid, vaccination, bundle of side effects, as a diabetic patient, I came to see him. I stayed 
almost 40 -45 days in his home and found he is a very tough and hard worker , who works on days and nights, 
Sundays, a lot of travelling every day, I was worried for his health. His daughter Mava Qureshi is a special child 
Autism and I am experienced she screams a lot of, talks to herself and keep herself busy in watching movies etc. 
However She is very close to his Father as far as I know, because I was unable to handle her while she speaks 
loudly and starts screaming on a point where she is mentally stuck and Ayaz is the Man who handles the situation 
very well. Mava is very close to her dad. If Ayaz is not at home in the evening she asks repeatedly same questions 
again & again.  
Ayaz Qureshi regrets his actions because he trusts on everybody. So some body deceived him before I came to US 
to have a meeting with him. I saw lot of expired stuff in his lawn. He purchased some shampoo just for nothing 
and the person who sold died. Ayaz don’t know where to sell this products and thus while thinking the cosmetics 
became expired and till today (may be) still laying in his back yard. When I asked where to sell, how to sell, he has 
no plans. The reason behind such activities may be that he has been living for more than 2 decades and he still 
unable to have his own house. He still pay rent and always thinks about his own home and about his family. My 
Aunt works in a Hospital and she goes I think 1-2 days/ week.  
I don’t know why he met those people, it may be random and due to simplicity. In my experience, he always talks 
about his own shelter, own house. May be due to the fact someone has listened his weak point and have offered 
him opportunity to get loan or something like that for his own house. That was a bad idea. His daughter Mava will 
suffer a nightmare. Impact on other daughters will be painful in the neighbors, friends, school social society. I am 
afraid of that. 
Back in 2006 Muneer Qureshi Elder Brother was murdered in Lahore at that Time Ayaz was in Lahore, result was 
the murderer was released from Jail after 5 years. Ayaz went into depression.

Ayaz is not a disguise or a fraud person. He has been used. Sir, I don’t have a Visa of USA at the moment 
otherwise I must come to Honorable Court to tell all about what I have written in this letter. 
In the end I would add that He is already ashamed of what else has been done. I know his police record is good. 
He don’t have good grip on English even till today. He can’t write even correctly an application. As every person 
has some weak points, Ayaz’s weak point is he trusts everyone.

I am a neighbor across the street and one door down from Ayaz. 
I have lived in Severna Park since 1997. 
I own NRGYSVR, an energy efficiency and renewable contracting business. 
I have known Ayaz for several years and we have been friendly and kind towards each other 
during that time. Our relationship has included many regular discussions about family, work, 
and some discussions about his challenges with a business venture which has caused much 
anxiety to Ayaz. I offered Ayaz my attorney for any assistance for which he may be able to 
arrange. 
Ayaz has always seemed like a genuinely kind, sincere and caring person who really empathizes 
with people and life’s challenges. 
I also have met his wife several times and the rest of his family. His wife has prepared food for 
me several times as a gesture of pure kindness and I have reciprocated by offering them 
vegetables from my garden. 
I forwarded a resume from Ayaz’s nephew, Syed Talha Nadeem to a couple of my clients after 
having met him personally a couple of times through Ayaz.

Ayaz’s daughter, Mava Ayaz has Autism and for whom I am most concerned. You see, I also 
have a 28-year-old receiving mental health care at a facility out of state and I have many years 
of considerable personal experience with how fragile people in this state of mind often are. 
I believe that probation would already be more than enough punishment both for Ayaz, his 
wife, and his youngest daughter but, especially for his daughter with Autism. I believe that 
punishment any more severe than probation could completely derail this young person at a 
most critical time. I believe that she has been recently admitted to the Shepard Pratt Institute 
and that they would be able to provide the necessary diagnosis as well as offer professional 
guidance on this specific subject. 
I pray that her parents are afforded the opportunity to care for her as you would care for 
anybody you loved or cared for. This would preclude Ayaz from receiving any punishment 
exceeding probation.
