I am Sarwat Naheed and got married to Ayaz Qureshi ’on 25 Feb 2004 in Pakistan .I have
known Ayaz for the last 20 years, he is a very loving and caring husband. He is a very kind
hearted person and thoughtful. Ayaz happiness and peace to help people and trying to remove
sorrows from other’s lives .That’s the main reason Ayaz trusts other people so easily even if
they are lying. In 2006 Ayaz’s brother was murdered by someone close to him and that incident
changed our life , Ayaz went to in deep grief and we faced a very hard time ,he was in long time
depression and very low interest in life .i struggled to take him back in life but my effort make
little make him better .
Ayaz has a good social circle and lots of friends but he is very unlucky to have any good
friends, his friends always take advantage of his sincerity,honesty and his very bad memory.
These behaviors put him in depression and deep sorrow and every time I do
counseling,because we love each other very much and I can't see him in pain.He easily trusts
people and believes them.Ayaz has focusing problems and is easily distracted. That's why he
did his home schooling.
Ayaz is very responsible. He pays all the bills on time. He is financially responsible and has no
bad habits. He does not partake in gambling, smoking or drinking. He only works and spends
his days off with his family. This is his first serious violation and he is very regretful of his choice
of trusting someone without fully understanding the depth of the consequence.
We have 3 kids, all girls. My older one “Hadia” is 18, middle one ‘’Mava’’is 16 and younger one
‘’Anaya’’is 10. Ayaz loves his girls a lot and has avery strong and deep bonding, Ayaz spend his
mostly after job time with kids ,take them to the park ,malls and meet our family ,he is very
friendly and loving dad. My middle daughter (Mava) has ‘’Autism’’ and ‘’ADHD’’,the doctor
diagnosed her at the age of 2 years and that time was really hard for us. Mava is very much
attached with her dad ,her roots very strongly connect with her dad. It would be horrible for her
to see her father go to jail.
Mava loves her family and can’t live without them,especially her dad. Most of the time she
loves to spend time with her father and her father takes her to his work (delivery jobs). Autistic
kids brain work as a puzzles and find out the answer in her brain are very challenging for
them,Mava has a stubborn behavior problems and not easily to handle but me and Ayaz support
make under control, even though my other kids facing very challenging time but Ayaz support

gave me strength every time, Mava is very bright and smart girl and she always got roll of 
Honour in her class her beside that she got best student certificate from state which had signed 
president‘’joe biden in the end of her middle school ,Ayaz is playing a roll of backbone in mava”s 
progress and life.
As I graduated I got married and could’t pursue my career because of kids and other 
responsibilities. But as of 2 years ago, i started my nursing degree and right now i'm in halfway 
and working in ‘’John hopkins ‘’as a ‘’PRN’’(work in week) because if Ayaz is at home that's the 
only way i can go on work otherwise i have take off from job. Ayaz's presence is very meaningful 
in our life and now in my career. Beside that, i am working with special needs kids at’’ Children 
milestone ‘but first i have to pass an exam which is really hard with a special kid but Ayaz 
support is playing a big role to achieve my goals. Ayaz jobs province's main financial support to 
our family and emotional support is very important for us. Without Ayaz we can’t survive and 
especially Mava’s progress which is significantly noticeable that we could lose,which is our 14 
years effort ,every single day Mava wanna see her dad and spend a quality time with him if 
sometimes he getting late he called him again and again ,mava way of love is touch Ayaz 
hand ,head and kiss him ,most of time she has to fall asleep with him like a baby.thats why we 
cannot leave the home at the same time and there is no replacement of her father in the family.
Ayaz apply for loan for bussiness after serious recovery from covid ,in covid he lost his best 
friend and his family got homeless and he has special kid same like Mava.Ayaz was started too 
much worry about his family ,he applied for loan but his purpose to return them back but the 
other person take advantage of his weaknessses but he trapped Ayaz .Ayaz did not used loan 
money for luxury to his family,you can investigate it. No vacations,No new cars,No hoteling , We 
guys are living very simple lifes.
I humbly request an honorable judge to release him on probation ,not send him to jail,and he 
will return all money in small installments,monthly around $300 to $500.We wanna see Mava 
independent and confident in her next life but that would not be possible without Ayaz. My kids 
are bright children and we want to give them the best opportunities. Please and Thank you, your 
honor.
