I write on behalf of the Government in the above-referenced case in advance of the 
hearing in connection with the Defendant’s Motion to Withdraw Guilty Plea (ECF No. 20), 
which is currently scheduled for November 29, 2023 at 11:00 am, to provide the Court with a 
new version of the affidavit prepared by Defendant’s former lawyer, Thomas Maronick.  See 
Exhibit 1.  It is identical to the version previously submitted except that it now includes language 
that it was signed under penalty of perjury under Title 28, United States Code Section 1746.
