IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE NORTHERN DISTRICT OF GEORGIA ATLANTA DIVISION UNITED STATES OF AMERICA v. AUSTIN MARTIN SIAMPWIZI, Defendant. CRIMINAL ACTION NO. 1:23-CR-246-WMR-RDC ORDER This matter is before the Court for consideration of Defendant’s motion to remove or adjust the monthly cost he should contribute towards his court- appointed counsel, which was ordered at Defendant’s arraignment on August 8, 2023. (Docs. 16 and 25). After a review of the motion, the Court GRANTS Defendant’s motion and lowers the amount he should pay into the registry of the Court from $1,000.00 to $500.00 per month beginning September 1, 2023. Defendant shall continue to pay $500.00 on the 1st of each month, except for when the 1st falls on a weekend. Defendant should then make the payment on the first business day of the month.
