IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE NORTHERN DISTRICT OF GEORGIA ATLANTA DIVISION UNITED STATES OF AMERICA v. AUSTIN MARTIN SIAMPWIZI UNDER SEAL Criminal Action No. 1:23-CR-246 Limited Motion to Unseal Indictment and Arrest Warrant The United States of America, by Ryan K. Buchanan, United States Attorney, and Sarah E. Klapman, Assistant United States Attorney for the Northern District of Georgia, moves this court for permission to disclose the indictment and arrest warrant in the above-styled case, which is currently under seal. Mr. Siampwizi is currently on probation in Clayton County, Georgia. The government respectfully requests leave to disclose the indictment and arrest warrant to his probation officer and any other state or local officials for purposes of Mr. Siampwizi’s supervision and/or violation thereof.
