APPELLATE STATUS REPORT 
COMES NOW, the Defendant, Alexendra Acosta, by and though her undersigned 
counsel, and pursuant to this Honorable Court’s directive entered on August 27, 2024, 
notifies this Court of the status of her pending appeal in United States v. Alexandra 
Acosta, 11th Circuit Court of Appeal Case No: 24-12811-D, and states as follows: 
1. 
The Defendant/Appellant, Alexandra Acosta, was found guilty after a trial by Jury of 
Conspiracy to Defraud the United States (Count Is); False Statement to the SBA (Counts 
IIs and IIIs); and Wire Fraud (Count IVs). 
2. 
The Defendant/Appellant, Alexandra Acosta, was sentenced to four (4) months 
imprisonment, each to be served concurrently. 
3. 
A Notice of Appeal was Timely Filed. 
4. 
The Record on Appeal has been prepared and filed with the appellate court. 
5. 
The Appellant’s Initial Brief is currently due to be filed by March 7, 2025. 
6. 
An updated Appellate Status Report will be filed within 90 days.
