Summary
A consent letter motion dated July 19, 2022 to the Honorable Mary Kay Vyskocil in United States v. Adedayo Ilori, S1 21 Cr. 746 (MKV), in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, filed as Doc. 62. The letter states the Government's understanding that the arraignment and conference scheduled for July 20, 2022 has been adjourned to August 8, 2022 at 2:30 p.m., and that time is at present excluded under the Speedy Trial Act through July 20, 2022. The Government moves, with the consent of defense counsel, to exclude time through August 8, 2022, stating that this would be in the interest of justice as it would allow the defendant time to continue to prepare for trial, and citing 18 U.S.C. § 3161(h)(7)(A). The one-page letter is signed by Assistant United States Attorneys Juliana N. Murray and Daniel G. Nessim for Damian Williams, United States Attorney.

Re:
United States v. Adedayo Ilori,
S1 21 Cr. 746 (MKV)
Dear Judge Vyskocil:
The Government understands that the arraignment and conference scheduled for July 20,
2022 has been adjourned to August 8, 2022 at 2:30 p.m. At present, time is excluded under the
Speedy Trial Act through July 20, 2022. The Government moves, with the consent of defense
counsel, to exclude time under the Speedy Trial Act through August 8, 2022. Such an exclusion
would be in the interest of justice, as it would allow the defendant time to continue to prepare for
trial. See 18 U.S.C. § 3161(h)(7)(A).
Respectfully submitted,
DAMIAN WILLIAMS
