MOTION FOR ADMISSION PRO HAC VICE NOW COMES Attorney Frank Stanley and respectfully moves this Court for Admission Pro Hac Vice. Attorney Stanley will be representing the Defendant. In support of this Motion, the Defendant states as follows: A. I am attaching the required Request for Admission Pro Hac Vice as found on the Court’s Website. B. I have been practicing law for over 40 years and am admitted to practice before the federal and state courts set forth in the request. C. I have spoken with two members of the bar for the Northern District of Oklahoma and they are willing to sponsor my admission. D. I have represented the Defendant during the investigative stage. E. A plea agreement has been reached to an offense that carries a mandatory sentence of 2 years. F. I hope to represent the Defendant through sentencing.
