OF RELEASE

The Court having conducted an Initial Appearance hearing on July 26, 2023; and the Court
having set conditions of release for the defendant, which included requirements that (1) the
defendant maintain or actively seek employment; (2) that the defendant maintain his current
residence, or a residence approved by Pretrial Services; and the Court noting that these conditions
were not included in its July 26, 2023, Order Setting Conditions of Release;

IT IS ORDERED that the July 26, 2023, Order Setting Conditions of Release is amended

to include the Conditions of Release, requiring Defendant (1) maintain or actively seek

employment; and (2) shall maintain his current residence, or a residence approved by

Pretrial Services; and it is further;

ORDERED that all conditions previously imposed in the Northern District of Georgia and

the District of New Jersey remain in full effect.
