                    MOTION TO APPEAR PRO HAC VICE

  COMES NOW, local counsel Matin Emouna, 100 Garden City Plaza Suite

  520 Garden City, NY 11530 pursuant to L. Civ. R. 101.1(c), and hereby

  moves this Court to enter an order for admission of Philip L. Reizenstein, Esq.

  to practice Pro Hac Vice as counsel for Defendant Eric Rivera in the above-

  captioned action and states the following in support thereof:

        1.       Undersigned counsel is a member of the bar of this Court and is

  local counsel to Defendant Eric Rivera.

        2.       Defendant Eric Rivera has consented to the pro hac vice

  admission of Philip L. Reizenstein on his behalf.

        3.       In accordance with L. Civ. R. 101.1(c), and in support of this

  application to the Court, attached herein is the Certification of Philip L.

  Reizenstein.
