              NOTICE OF DISMISSAL OF SCHERER AND BSJA ACTIONS

       TO THE PANEL, ALL PARTIES, AND THEIR ATTORNEYS OF RECORD:

       PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, on June 25, 2020, the United States District Court for the

Southern District of Texas dismissed with prejudice the action styled Scherer, et al. v. Wells

Fargo Bank, N.A., No. 4:20-cv-01295 (S.D. Tex.).

       PLEASE FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that, on July 2, 2020, the plaintiffs in the action

styled BSJA, Inc., et al. v. Wells Fargo & Co., et al., No. 2:20-cv-03588 (C.D. Cal.), voluntarily

dismissed that action without prejudice.

       Both Scherer and BSJA were included in the Schedule of Actions accompanying Plaintiff

DNM Contracting, Inc.’s Motion for Transfer and Coordination or Consolidation Under 28

U.S.C. § 1407. (Dkt. No. 1-2.) Copies of the Scherer dismissal order and the BSJA Notice of

Voluntary Dismissal are attached as Exhibit A and Exhibit B, respectively.
