ORDER
Pending before the Court is Plaintiff Sport & Wheat, CPA, P.A.’s motion for
leave to file, under seal, certain text messages in connection with Defendant
Synovus Bank’s Motion to Terminate Rule 30(b)(6) Deposition. ECF Doc. 63.
Plaintiff states that the messages contain private information relating to
Defendant’s employees regarding personal matters, including some medical
information. Plaintiff also represents that the messages are pertinent to the Court’s
resolution of Defendant’s motion to terminate, which has been set for hearing on
July 9, 2020. Plaintiff states that counsel has conferred with Defendant’s counsel,
who objects to the motion.

Given the upcoming hearing, Defendant should file its written objections to
the motion for the Court’s consideration by close of business July 6, 2020. Upon
review of the objection, the Court will enter an order on Plaintiff’s motion.
